The JPCF

The Judit Polgar Chess Foundation was established by Judit Polgar, chess grandmaster, Olympic champion, the world's most successful female chess player ever; Judit has been elected as the member of the Immortal Hungarian Sports Legends and nominated as the Ambassador of the Hungarian Talent in 2014. With a special focus on chess, as an educational tool, the JPCF promotes pioneering cognitive skills development programmes and products for school-children. Its research-based initiatives endorse curriculum-enrichment programmes for schools. The JPCF organises large-scale public events promoting chess and learning, and it sponsors the development of innovative educational tools for the classroom and the digital world. A strong champion of equal opportunity, the JPCF supports novel learning programs for socially or mentally disadvantaged children.
