In 2025, the Judit Polgár Chess Foundation, in cooperation with the New York–based Tulipán Foundation, organized a 30-hour online professional development program for teachers of Hungarian schools in the United States. Eleven dedicated educators from the United States and Canada took part in the training and will begin implementing the ChessPalace (Sakkpalota) program in weekend schools that nurture Hungarian language and culture starting in January 2026. Based on the results of the pilot program, it is expected that additional Hungarian schools across North America will adopt the program in the future.
